What's In It For Me?

What's this site all about?

In the long term, this site will (I hope) provide a central resource for everyone involved in open source advocacy. Whether it be for the software designer who wants to know what good freeing their code will bring, for the author who wants to ensure that their document will persist through future office versions, for the enthusiast who is trying to encourage their friend into using their fantastic open operating system, and for the business that wants to use this "Open Source" stuff, but doesn't know where to get it and who will support them when they do!

I guess that this is a labour of love for me, and frequently while the project is first starting, I'm expecting there not to be a LOT of changes, as I won't have a huge amount of time to dedicate to the project, but - as with most Open Source Projects - all the content and code will be available to you - if you want it. You just need to take it! This site is registered with SourceForge. All the documents, images, templates, and ideas will either be in the Files Repository for download when completed, or will be in the CVS store for you to take, or browse as you see fit.

There's not a lot else here for you to browse, but come back soon, and I'll try and get more in place as soon as I can.
